FOLIOWORKSSTUDIO — DELIVERY TERMS Organisation and business orders Version 2026-09-18 1. Who we work with FolioWorksStudio is a service operated by Avenzo Digital, Giessenweg 65A, 3044AK Rotterdam, Netherlands, KVK 94554692. Contact: info@folioworksstudio.com. These terms cover custom digital production ordered by an authorised representative for an organisation or business. This checkout is not offered for purchases by individuals acting as consumers. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded. 2. Your order An enquiry or saved brief creates no obligation to pay. Before checkout, we confirm in writing the deliverables, source material, price in USD, any applicable tax, payment schedule and delivery date. You must accept that order confirmation and these terms before paying. The order confirmation takes priority over a conflicting general description. A paid order starts only when we have accepted the scope and payment is verified. Payment is for one project, not a subscription. 3. Impact report package The standard impact report comprises 16–24 designed pages including the cover, up to six charts from approved data, a screen-ready PDF, editable HTML publication layout, editable text document, chart data and two consolidated revision rounds. Page count and charts are agreed before payment. InDesign, Canva and PowerPoint source files, print production, original research, translation, financial auditing and independent impact assurance are not included unless expressly agreed. Other services follow their written order confirmation and published scope. 4. Material and timing You supply approved copy, labelled data, brand assets and material you have permission to share. Do not supply sensitive beneficiary records, donor lists or payment card information. We flag missing material before production. The agreed schedule depends on complete inputs and timely consolidated feedback. We tell you promptly if a delay occurs and agree a revised date; we do not silently change your deadline. If we cannot meet a material agreed deadline, you may cancel the unfinished work and receive a refund for the undelivered portion. 5. Review and revisions You review the first draft and send one consolidated set of feedback per round. Two rounds within the accepted scope are included. A round covers corrections and reasonable adjustments to copy, charts and layout. New source content, extra pages, another language or a new design direction may change scope; we give a separate quote and obtain written agreement before doing chargeable extra work. Errors in our work against the approved source material are corrected without using an included revision round. Silence is not treated as approval. 6. AI assistance and accuracy AI may assist drafting, structure, charts and production only with your recorded consent. A person reviews the work before release. You remain responsible for approving the supplied facts, permissions and final factual claims. We do not invent evidence, independently verify impact, certify financial statements, provide regulated professional advice, submit applications for you or guarantee funding, donations or commercial results. Disclosed gaps must be resolved before final approval. 7. Digital delivery and acceptance Delivery is through your private studio or another agreed digital download. We notify you when the agreed package is ready. You can inspect the files and report missing items or problems to info@folioworksstudio.com. Final acceptance is your written confirmation that the package meets the agreed scope; this does not remove rights concerning hidden defects. Please download and keep a copy of the editable files. Continued hosting of your files is not a separately purchased storage service. 8. Cancellation and refunds You may cancel by emailing info@folioworksstudio.com with your project reference. If production has not started, we refund the amount paid. After production starts, we charge only for documented work actually completed, proportionate to the agreed project scope and never more than the agreed fee; we explain the calculation and refund the unused balance. We do not apply an automatic forfeiture of the whole fee or a separate cancellation penalty. Work paid for is supplied in its current state. If we cancel without your breach, we refund the undelivered portion. Agreed refunds are initiated within 14 calendar days to the original payment method; your bank may take additional time to process them. 9. Problems with delivery Tell us which part does not meet the accepted scope. We will acknowledge the issue within three business days and propose a reasonable correction schedule. We first have a reasonable opportunity to correct our work at no extra charge. If a material failure cannot be corrected, we agree an appropriate price reduction or refund for the affected service. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Ownership and confidentiality You keep ownership of your supplied material. After full payment, we transfer to you the transferable rights we own in the final bespoke deliverable and permit your use, publication and editing of it. Third-party fonts, images and other assets remain subject to their disclosed licences; any material restrictions must be agreed before inclusion. We cannot promise exclusive copyright in unprotectable or purely AI-generated elements. We keep non-public project material confidential and use it only to deliver and support the service through necessary providers. We do not use your name, logo or report in our portfolio without separate permission. 11. Data and records Our privacy notice explains how the studio and its providers process information. Any project needing a separate data processing agreement must have that agreement in place before the relevant personal data is supplied. You can request access, correction or deletion by email, subject to applicable retention duties. We do not sell your project content. 12. Governing law and changes Dutch law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We first try to resolve disputes directly. If that does not work, the courts competent under applicable law may hear the dispute. The version supplied with your accepted order remains applicable to that order; a later website update does not retrospectively change it.
